今天因為修課的關係去聽了一場演講
講師是一位在業界有多年HR經驗且曾擔任中華人力資源協會理事長的老師
因為一直以來都對HR很有興趣
因此在演講結束後 我私底下去請教老師
「以您多年的HR經驗，在HR這領域有遇到什麼困難或是有什麼心得嗎?」老師給我的答案 正好解答了我最近的疑惑吧

「HR一直無法升至參與公司決策的層級，而停留在行政面
表示公司的高層對HR不夠重視，因此HR很難發揮。
但老師曾問過一位CEO，為什麼不重視HR，將其提升至決策面
CEO的回答是：『 HR部門的人有這個能力勝任嗎? 』
這個答案從另一個方向顯示
目前台灣真正懂HR的人太少 HR部門的人自己可能對於HR都不是非常了解」 (我個人解讀拉)
於是乎，老師退休後，發展事業的第二春，也是在努力推行HR的重要性與進行專業HR的培訓吧
很佩服這樣的人，在自己的領域發展的不是十分順遂，並不選擇逃避，而是正面積極的為其奮鬥
AIESEC過去以來一直都有HR這個function，但感覺起來大都花心力在招募、安排人力和軟性活動等
直到最近出現了Learning，感覺起來把HR的任務看的更重要 分工也更加詳細了
期待以後會有很完整的學習制度出現
