前兩天的「生涯規劃」課上的是關於情緒管理的
老師讓我們進行了一系列的對於情緒的認識
在過程中 我突然有了幾點發現
- 負面的情緒形容詞遠超過正面的
感覺起來我們用於正面的形容詞
就不外乎 高興 快樂 愉悅 爽
或者是 微笑 大笑 這類把笑容分程度來說而已
但用於形容負面情緒的就很多種 且是真正有區隔的
焦慮 憤怒 害怕 厭煩 孤單 抑鬱 憂愁 等等
- 正面的情緒比較容易辨認
這可能是由於前述的原因吧
通常一個人心情很好 臉上都會掛著微笑
或者整個人看來神清氣爽
但負面的情緒太多種了 無法從外表就一眼看出來
甚至每個人都有自己的方式來表達各種的負面情緒
老師有提到
常常我們只注意到自己當下的情緒 卻沒想過 去探究原因
像是到底是為了什麼原因而生氣
有時候找到真正原因 便能很快的離開這個負面的情緒
忽然讓我興起了 對於「情緒管理」的高度興趣
因為一直以來 我算是被視為EQ比較高的人
但看來 我似乎對於情緒一點也不了解
希望下週可以學到更多關於情緒的有趣知識

在想到上述的第一點時
我聯想到 最近在看的一本書《發現我的天才》
其中的一段提到：
詮釋弱點的語言非常豐富，例如神經病、精神病、歇斯底里、恐慌、精神分裂等，意義各不相同。心理疾病專家十分清楚箇中差異，但事實上這種語言相當普及，即使不是專家也都能精確地運用自如

The electronic cigarette is a fantastic product. I was a 1/2 to a pack a day smoker for over 10 years and now go days without a cigarette or maybe have 1-3 a day. A pack lasts me a week now. I tried the patch, the gum and chantix in the past. The patch and gum did not work as I still needed some interaction with a device. Chantix worked but as soon as I came off the drug I wanted cigarettes again. With the e-cig, I can still remain social with other smokers, get my nicotine "fix" without the carcinogens and nearly anywhere. I feel better and am in better health since purchasing the e-cig roughly 6 weeks ago.

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
