今天提早慶祝母親節 因此老哥被老媽凹請客
我們家阿罵長年吃素食 所以想說要找一家素食餐廳
於是就決定要去這家 素食日本料理
恩 剛進去 覺得裝潢算是中等 有點偏向家庭式的那種感覺—不太華麗
這家是點菜式的吃到飽 和單點皆可
我們選擇的是吃到飽
一開始會把菜單上的菜色全部上一遍 如果有喜歡的 可以再點
有499和599兩種可選 (好像本來更多種可選 不知道是不是最近特別)
最後我們選了 以草莓料理為主的499 (菜單上是這樣寫 其實只差兩道菜)
整體來說 跟一般常見的素食料理差很多 (廢話 一般的是台式 這可是日式呢!!)
不像台式素食都以豆類製品、香菇為主
他們開發出不少很特別的吃法與創意 而且發揮了素食料理的基本精神—清淡
我覺得這才是素食料理應該呈現的 不然要吃油膩 重口味的何必吃素食
介紹幾道印象比較深刻的菜
生魚片~~
素食料理哪來的殺西米呢!?
當然是發揮素食料理的創意 廚師用蒟蒻和椰果來代表花枝和軟絲
蒟蒻只有外型像 但椰果的部分 就連口感都有點接近 獲得大家的好評
不過 對喜歡吃生魚片的我 覺得還是少了點真實感 ^^"
草莓手捲~~
手捲是老媽去日本料理必點的一道
我是還好 沒特別喜歡吃 除非是比較特殊的
今天就還不錯 用草莓當手捲的主角
核桃草莓焗XX~~
沒聽清楚服務生的介紹
所以我自己特這道菜取個名字
那個XX類似在台式素食料理中常見的豆類製品之一
但加上核桃和草莓還有一些不同的配料或在一起 用烤的
還不錯 一口咬下不只是豆類製品的味道 還多了焗烤香味以及草莓的新鮮味
還有幾道 有機山茼蒿 胡麻油生菜沙拉 味磳火鍋 素食佛跳牆 咖哩蔬菜麵
菜名我通通不記得了 這些都是我幫他取的 XD
大部分的菜色都讓大家還蠻滿意的~~
恩 我也覺得還不錯 應該可以給個3顆星半
真不愧是我心目中料理排行第一的日本料理
我找了一下台北的分店…不過菜色好像都沒看到你介紹的XD
那看樣子找個時間去桃園吃看看好了。

The new Zune browser is surprisingly good, but not as good as the iPod’s. It works well, but isn’t as fast as Safari, and has a clunkier interface. If you occasionally plan on using the web browser that’s not an issue, but if you’re planning to browse the web alot from your PMP then the iPod’s larger screen and better browser may be important.
