王品台塑
這個名字是從小以來心目中高級牛排的代名詞
還記得小時候老爸房間抽屜有兩張王品的招待券
當時老爸就一直嚷著說要帶全家人去吃吃看
時至今日 那兩張招待券也不知去向了
不過想要一嘗這心目中頂級牛排的願望仍一直存在心中
正好 因為跟大學同學的研究所考試約定
他在今年順利備取上台大資工所
也因此我有了一嘗夙願的機會~~
跟陶版屋和西堤比起來
王品的套餐又多了餐前酒和水果
而且主餐的份量也大的不像話 加上又是炎熱的夏天
真的是讓胃口隨著年齡變小的我 大感吃不消
我們四個人 分別點了豬大排和牛排
先說說我點的牛排
油脂和瘦肉的比例分配的剛剛好
雖然是全熟 但肉質仍嫩而不爛 每一口吃起來都非常順口
不論是原味和沾上醬汁 味道都不錯
並且還附上酸梅汁 有去油解膩的功效
因此雖然我在吃主餐時 已經差不多六七分飽了
仍然捨不得浪費任何一塊
另外同學點的豬大排也值得大書特書一下
端上來時 waiter解釋 豬大排將分成兩部分食用
上層瘦肉部分先切下來 為第一階段食用
下層排骨部分 將再送進烤箱中作烹調
上層的瘦肉也跟牛排一樣肥瘦比例適中
而下層的排骨經過二次烘烤 形成另一種酥脆的口感
呵呵 真是一種享受 特別是愛吃肉的我 
另外我點的甜點
其中有一小杯櫻桃冰沙 略帶酒味
但喝起來卻十分順口 小小一杯 讓整份甜點加分~~
整體來說 服務態度一如王品集團旗下的餐廳
不太會有讓人不愉悅的情形發生
甚至我同學其中有一道沙拉有一半沒吃完
服務生會主動詢問 是否不合口味 並詢問是否需要換餐的服務
我想這些都是之所以他們敢收取這麼高額費用的原因之一
服務業就是應該要如此
美中不足的是除了主餐之外 部分餐點似乎仍未達千元以上的標準
我想這可以是他們未來努力的方向
這次的用餐經驗還不錯 至少沒完全破滅了我小時候的夢想
即使未臻完美 但對我來說仍有八十分以上的水準
